Refund and Return Policy

How to request a return

All our returns are totally free. If you wish to return an order, all you have to do is message us at support@perfectpractice.golf providing us the full address where the mat is and the best time that you’re available for our carrier partner to reach you and get the product back.

When we receive your message, we are going to send you a shipping label that you need to print and attach to the product box before the carrier gets to you. Your refund will be issued as soon as the product is back for us. Please do NOT request a return for damaged/defective items.

Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we have the product back, we are going to refund your money in the same payment method that you used on your purchase. Please note that customer’s banks usually take 5~10 business days to give the money back after the refund is made on our end.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Please do NOT request a return for damaged/defective items.

Defective Product

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. We will send you a free replacement right after analysing the video or picture showing the damage/defect. The defective unit can be discarded or donated.
